Jeff Wilson attended South Plains College and Texas Tech University.  He started working in the warehouse of R. C. Young Seed Company in 1982 and worked his way up to a sales position and quality control.  He left R. C Young in 1989 to take a sales position with Douglas W. King Company and remained there until 1991. 

Since 1991, he has been with Richardson Seeds Ltd. and primarily handles the dealer and retail sales of sorghum, forages and grasses.  He also oversees the quality control of the Lubbock branch, as well as some inventory control and truck routing. 

Jeff is a member of Lakeridge United Methodist Church and he and his wife Elaine have 3 children.
